Dana Řeháková consults and supports NOVALIA clients in accounting and payroll matters. She brings many years of experience from the international corporate environment as well as from the non-profit sector.

Dana is a specialist in payroll, covering everything from setting up payroll processing systems to day-to-day communication with employees. She also has extensive experience with international financial reporting. Her main motivation for leaving the corporate world was the desire to support clients comprehensively — providing them with full-service financial, payroll, and management accounting, with an additional overlap into tax matters.

Clients consistently appreciate Dana for her precision, analytical mindset, and ability to deliver practical, client-focused solutions.

Dana graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, where she earned two master’s degrees: one in Accounting and Corporate Financial Management and another in Taxes and Tax Policy.
