Kamil Staněk is a long-standing partner of Novalia and specializes in the comprehensive management of legal affairs for corporate clients who outsource the function of their in-house legal department to our law firm. Drawing on extensive experience in commercial law, he provides companies with continuous and strategic support across the full scope of their operations – from day-to-day contract work and process setup to handling more complex legal matters and coordinating legal projects across the client’s internal teams and departments. Clients particularly value his ability to take over their legal agenda end-to-end, ensure its consistency, and relieve management of significant operational burden.
A significant part of Kamil’s practice also involves mergers and acquisitions and leading legal due diligence processes. He guides clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial structuring to the finalisation of documentation and closing. Thanks to his strong understanding of business realities and practical approach, he is able to conduct negotiations in a way that keeps transactions smooth and efficient.
In addition to corporate and transactional matters, Kamil also focuses on real estate law, particularly in connection with acquisitions, lease arrangements, project development, and related disputes.
Kamil graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno and spent part of his studies at Universität Greifswald in Germany. He subsequently completed postgraduate studies in German law at Universität Konstanz and an additional postgraduate specialization at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. This international academic background enables him to provide clients with legal insight grounded in a broad context and a strong ability to work on cross-border projects.
