Kristina Geržová

Associate

Kristina has been part of our firm since 2021, when she joined as a legal assistant while studying law. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in 2025 with honours, she now works as a junior associate.

During her studies, Kristina gained valuable experience not only at our firm but also through an internship at the Supreme Administrative Court, where she became familiar with judicial practice and the process of drafting court decisions.

Her main area of focus is commercial law, with a particular emphasis on corporate matters and M&A transactions. She also has a strong interest in civil law, which she explored in her thesis on the introduction of class actions into the Czech legal system.
