Lucie Schweinerová has been a junior associate at Novalia since September 2024, focusing primarily on corporate law and the day-to-day operational matters of companies, while also assisting clients from the startup sector.

Her work is rooted mainly in commercial law, and she is gradually expanding her experience across a broad range of legal areas as she develops within a general practice framework.

Lucie first joined Novalia as a student in June 2022 and successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in September 2024. Her master’s thesis explored the use of trust funds in intergenerational wealth transfers. In addition to her experience at Novalia, she has also worked at a district court and spent a year at a Czech-German law firm in Prague.
