Markéta is a seasoned expert in dispute resolution and procedural law, with extensive experience representing clients before courts at all levels and in arbitration proceedings. Her practice covers a broad range of civil disputes, including commercial and employment matters, personality rights and trade mark protection, as well as litigation before administrative courts.
She combines a deep understanding of procedural law with a strong grasp of international business realities. This enables her to communicate effectively with foreign clients, clearly explain the workings of the Czech legal process, and guide them through it with confidence and efficiency.
Beyond litigation, Markéta advises clients on drafting and negotiating various types of contracts and has experience in real estate, employment, and corporate law. Her clients include multinational corporations, mid-sized companies, and individual entrepreneurs.
Markéta graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and completed a postgraduate program at Freie Universität Berlin. She provides legal services in Czech, English, and German.
