Regina Břicháčová consults and supports NOVALIA clients in accounting and payroll matters since January 2024.

Regina joined us with extensive experience in accounting, including five years at an international pharmaceutical company and ten years at a Danish tobacco company, where she began as an accountant and gradually advanced to the role of finance manager.

After many years in large international corporations, Regina decided to move into client-focused accounting, where she can apply her expertise directly to the needs of individual clients. In this new direction, she specializes in providing comprehensive accounting services to small and medium-sized businesses, including payroll, preparation of financial statements, and optimization of financial processes. Thanks to her ability to communicate with a wide range of clients and adapt to their specific needs, she has become a highly valued advisor who helps companies manage their finances effectively and comply with all accounting and tax requirements. Her long-standing experience enables her to deliver complete solutions and bring tangible added value to clients.

Regina graduated from the Business Academy in Prague.
