Tereza Jandáčková is a co-founder of the NOVALIA law firm, where she has a long-standing focus on the world of innovation, technology, and startups. She enjoys supporting projects with an innovative and social impact and takes pleasure in guiding startups from their initial steps all the way to a successful exit. Furthermore, Tereza specializes in commercial and corporate law, with a strong emphasis on comprehensive corporate governance and the negotiation of commercial contracts.
She also possesses strong expertise in media and copyright law; her clients include, among others, a major Czech publishing house and various entities operating in the creative and arts sectors. In this field, she has collaborated long-term with the non-profit organization Fair Art, which helps emerging artists, galleries, and creatives navigate specific legal and tax issues. She regularly shares her expertise through lectures for students at art academies (such as UMPRUM or AVU).
Tereza is known not only as an experienced attorney with a meticulous and structured approach, but also as a key figure in client care. Thanks to her communication skills, empathy, and ability to quickly understand the needs of corporate clients, she continuously cultivates and strengthens relationships with the firm's strategic partners. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. During her studies, she spent an academic year at the University of Antwerp in Belgium, completing the International and European Legal Studies program.
In 2017, an expert jury awarded her the title of Innovative Lawyer of the Year.
