Tereza Jandáčková specializes in commercial law, with a particular focus on commercial contracts, corporate governance and company administration. She also advises on employment law, administrative law, and private international law. In addition, she has strong expertise in media and copyright law — her clients include, among others, a major Czech publishing house and various entities active in the creative industries.
Tereza is recognized not only as an experienced lawyer with a meticulous and structured approach, but also as a key figure in client relationship management. Thanks to her communication skills, empathy, and ability to quickly understand the needs of corporate clients, she continuously develops and strengthens long-term relationships with the firm’s strategic clientele. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. During her studies, she spent an academic year at the University of Antwerp in Belgium, where she completed the International and European Legal Studies program focused on private international law, public international law, and EU law. In 2017, she was recognized by a professional jury as Innovative Lawyer of the Year.
After gaining valuable experience at two leading international law firms, she became one of the co-founders of the modern legal practice NOVALIA in 2015, where she continues to play a key role in ensuring the high quality of legal services and in building long-term partnerships with clients.
