Vojtěch Tancoš has been part of NOVALIA since 2017. Over the years, he has been involved in dozens of transactions, investments, and strategic projects for a wide range of clients – from established corporations to fast-growing startups. In 2025, he became a partner of the firm.

Vojtěch focuses on M&A transactions, day-to-day legal advice for companies, and employment law. He assists clients with complex matters, from negotiating shareholders’ agreements and setting up supplier relationships to resolving employment matters. His experience includes, among other things, the acquisition of a football club, contract structuring for an AI startup, and negotiating influencer collaborations.

“What fulfills me most is being part of my clients’ stories and helping them turn their visions into reality,” says Vojtěch. “For me, law is not just about legal provisions – it’s about finding solutions that make business sense.”

Vojtěch graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague with honors (summa cum laude). During his studies, he completed an internship at the Supreme Administrative Court in Brno.
