Strategic IT Partnership: Novalia Advised Cross Masters on Joining Forces with Genesis Capital

We are pleased to have been part of another significant transaction on the Czech technology market. Our legal team, led by partner Kamil Staněk, represented Cross Masters during the conclusion of a strategic partnership with the private equity fund Genesis Capital Growth.

The goal of this transaction is to create a joint holding company that will support the further dynamic development of Cross Masters. The company has long specialized in areas driving the IT world today – data architecture, business intelligence (BI), artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics, including custom product development.

Joining forces with a strong investment partner like Genesis Capital will enable the company to realize an ambitious acquisition strategy. The shared vision of Cross Masters and the fund is to build a strong technology group with international reach.
